Dirty Pond water merged with well

We have a big pond in our village which is very dirty and full of waste. Previously there was a well on the small land in between the pond. but to clean the water and waste before 4-5 years back villagers broke that land and merge it with the pond level. Now that well is continuously mixing water with pond dirty water. how can we come up with this problem. is there any solution to close that well inside the pond without wasting much water.
