recover salted soil in fields for farming

some of my bad neighbour put salt in our fields when we are watering our fields. that salt spread all over the sand and now in our fields nothing is growing. we have removed some sand from upper part but still soil is effected. is there any solution to properly remove the salt from fields. or we can grow something else in that field?
